Electech Engineering Projects

Below is a small sampling of past projects Electech has been tasked to design. Whether it’s a new design or reverse engineering project, Electech has the engineering staff that can provide innovative solutions to assist you with your complex requirements

Radio Frequency Interference Detector

Reverse Engineering

It's Function is to locate objectionable radio frequency disturbances. Used in the AN/FPS-117 radar system

Radar Control Terminal System Circuit Card Assembly

New Design

Power supply and controller for various Radar Control Terminal’s functions for the Sentinel Radar

Directional Coupler

New Design

An item specifically designed to be inserted into a transmission line, waveguide or coaxial transmission line to provide a suitable test outlet. The test signal is attenuated to a predetermined value.

L Band RF Amplifier

Reverse Engineering

An electronic device whose radio frequency input signals control power from a source independent of the input signals, and delivers radio frequency output signals of greater amplitude with respect to current and/or voltage. The output signals characteristics are uniformly related to the input signals. It operates at frequencies above 20 kilohertz. Used in FPS-117 Radar System

Radio Frequency (RF) Amplifier

New Design

RF Amplifier that is a component used in the AN/MST-T1(V), Miniature Multiple Threat Emitter System

Circuit Card Assembly

Build To Print

Circuit Assembly that processes data from a radar in a KC130F Aircraft

C Band Down Converter

Reverse Engineering

An electronic device having frequency mixing circuits and an integral oscillator which mixes the incoming frequency(IES) with the oscillator frequency, the resultant frequency(IES) being a combination of the two sources.

High Power Directional Coupler

Reverse engineering

An item specifically designed to be inserted into a transmission line, waveguide or coaxial transmission line to provide a suitable test outlet. The test signal is attenuated to a predetermined value.

Radio Frequency Amplifier

Reverse Engineering

An electronic device whose radio frequency input signals control power from a source independent of the input signals, and delivers radio frequency output signals of greater amplitude with respect to current and/or voltage. The output signals characteristics are uniformly related to the input signals. It operates at frequencies above 20 kilohertz.
